Leadership Team

Thomas F. Harter Sr. (pictured left) is the principal of Guidance Airway Solutions. An entrepreneur and owner of several companies, Mr. Harter has recently transitioned into the medical field. Collaborating with inventors and developers, he plays a pivotal role in advancing ideas from conception to production.

Joshua Herskovic, MD (pictured right), is the founder of Guidance Airway Solutions and a practicing anesthesiologist in the South Florida area. With a background in mechanical engineering, he has experience in the medical device field. Dr. Herskovic is the inventor of the robotic portable endoscope, focusing especially on the development of its proprietary actuator system.
